Regularly check sections to maintain high standards of preparation, presentation, and cleanliness. Place orders for ingredients and supplies, ensuring stock levels are sufficient for daily operations. Opportunity to provide input into menu development and the creation of new dishes, contributing to the culinary vision of the restaurant, Oversee cost management and stock control, ensuring the kitchen operates within budget while minimizing waste. Lead the coaching and development of junior team members, offering guidance and training to enhance their skills and confidence.
