Key Responsibilities Oversee all desk/division operations, including team management, recruitment, database maintenance, retention, and long-term planning. Drive daily sales activity, achieve/exceed profit targets, and maintain high client service standards. Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Foster collaboration, teamwork, and reciprocal business partnerships. Generate new business to grow market share, services, and divisional gross profit. Lead continuous improvements to enhance team efficiency, impact, and success. Ensure excellent customer service, resolve issues proactively, and act as the escalation point. Serve as a role model, promoting company policies and recruitment excellence. Set clear expectations for team members and ensure KPI achievement. Utilize commercial insights to make data-driven decisions for growth and ROI. Motivate, coach, and mentor staff, addressing performance and development needs. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide creative solutions for success. Manage and report on division progress, including forecasting and business planning. Ensure team compliance with all legal, financial, and operational requirements. Conduct internal audits to ensure robust and efficient processes. Perform additional duties as assigned.
