The Head ChefRole:
We are seeking a creative and driven Head Chef to lead a talented kitchen brigade. This is a rare opportunity to work in a thriving, high-profile environment that champions quality and innovation.
Responsibilities as Head Chef:
* Oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring the highest culinary standards.
* Design and develop seasonal menus that reflect creativity and fresh, local ingredients.
* Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships.
* Lead, inspire, and develop the kitchen team of 15 to achieve excellence.
* Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with senior management to enhance the overall guest dining experience.
* Take charge of catering for weddings, conferences, and other large-scale events across 3 kitchens
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen environment with multiple restaurant / C&B
* A cv that demonstrates a head chef role within a hotel property
* A passion for delivering outstanding food and guest experiences.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food costing, and menu development.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
* A creative flair and dedication to showcasing the best of seasonal, local produce.
