Key Objectives of the role:
1. Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets.
2. Achieve maximum profitability on sales.
3. Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty.
4. Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty, and finance facilities.
5. Achieve industry-leading standards of customer care.
6. Become Brand Ambassador and develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, price, and key features.
Essential Skills/Experience:
1. Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
2. Confident communication skills.
3. Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory/process-oriented environment).
4. Organizational skills and ability to manage customer appointments.
5. Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and prospect customers to maximize every sales opportunity.
6. Full UK driving license required.
