As a key member of our culinary staff, you will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect our commitment to quality and innovation in British cuisine. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Head Chef in menu development and execution, focusing on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. - Lead and motivate kitchen team members, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. - Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety compliance, and staff training. - Collaborate in maintaining a positive and efficient working environment while upholding the pub’s reputation for excellence.
