5-HRGG/SDFA HR Generalist West End Up to £70K Permanent 9am - 6pm Fully office-based About the Client: A successful finance business with a significant global presence. With high-spec and centrally located offices, this business have around 100 in London and offer excellent additional benefits, including on-site catered lunches. About the Role: This is a key HR Generalist opportunity which will involve working as part of the small but close-knit HR and ops team. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Management of full payroll process Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff Management of benefits submissions Administration of all contracts and employment letters Management of HR systems Management of onboarding and offboarding process Management of background check process for new hires Liaising with staff on any queries relating to benefits Support with annual renumeration reviews. Candidate Specification: Proven experience in an HR Generalist / Advisor position (essential) Experience in a global / multinational business (essential) Experience of managing / administering payroll (essential) Experience of systems including Workday, Cascade and Celergo would be highly advantageous (not essential) Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative Good knowledge of employment laws.
