We're looking for an experienced Call Centre Manager to lead our operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
? Lead & Inspire - Manage and motivate our Call Centre team to deliver top-tier customer service.
? Drive Sales - Convert a high volume of inbound and outbound enquiries into appointments and direct sales.
? Monitor & Improve Performance - Coach and develop team members through one-to-ones and performance reviews.
? Ensure Compliance - Oversee adherence to FCA regulations and other key policies.
? Optimise Efficiency - Manage staffing, productivity, and workflow to maintain peak operational performance.
? Collaborate & Innovate - Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication across departments.
? Stay Customer-Focused - Provide valuable insights on customer trends to shape business strategies.
Skills:
? Proven experience in Call Centre Management or a similar leadership role.
? A strong track record of boosting sales & customer satisfaction.
? Exceptional leadership & coaching skills - You know how to get the best out of your team!
? Solid organisational & time management abilities.
? Confidence in handling HR-related tasks (rotas, holidays, commissions).
? FCA accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
