As a Training Manager, you will train Front of House and Back of House teams to maintain consistency and high service standards across all locations. You will lead new store opening training, carry out audits, and ensure teams follow operational procedures. Your role will be hands:on, making sure staff are prepared to deliver great service in a fast:paced, growing business.
