An Area Head Chef / Manager is required for one of the UK's finest food-led contract catering companies. You will be overseeing around 10 sites around the Milton Keynes / Cambridge and Central London area. All sites will range from private schools to law firms - from offering modern street food to Rosette standard fine dining.
This is a dynamic role where there is a lot of interaction with the client, your team, and reporting to your Operations Director. You must be food and service obsessed. The ideal Area Head Chef needs to have some experience in contract catering and have worked at a high level in fine dining.
Area Head Chef Highlights:
1. £50,000 - £55,000
2. Monday - Friday
3. Company car (electric)
4. Paid mileage
5. Wide span of clients: B&I, Conference Centres, Private Schools, etc.
6. All food is fresh, seasonal, and made onsite

This is classified as an Area Manager job title; however, all Area Managers have been Head Chefs or Chef Managers in previous roles. This is a food-led contract catering company where all Operations Managers and MDs have a Chef background.
