Reward Manager – UK Operations

In this pivotal role, you'll lead the team responsible for the entire reward strategy across our UK Operations – that’s 35,000+ team members, from Premier Inn to our renowned Restaurants. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work with senior Operational and HR leaders, ensuring our reward frameworks are consistently applied while managing our prestigious annual reward and recognition programmes.
As the Reward Manager, you’ll be at the heart of critical reward activities—from shaping our incentive and pay review processes to influencing decisions that affect thousands of dedicated team members and managers across our vast network. And this is only the beginning. We’re looking for someone who is hungry to develop and progress, with plenty of room to grow as you help shape the future of our rewards strategy.
Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE. Hybrid working (Minimum of 3 days a week at our Dunstable campus)

What you’ll do
* Partner with senior Operational and HR leaders to define and deliver the operations reward agenda and roadmap.
* Lead the design and delivery of the annual reward and recognition programme, working in collaboration with our Operations Directors and Regional Managers.
* Oversee daily reward activities like job evaluation and salary benchmarking, ensuring alignment with frameworks.
* Manage key Reward projects across the UK, including the annual pay and incentive cycle for all operations teams.
* Manage a small team (Advisor and Reward Partner).
* Develop innovative reward initiatives that support the delivery of our operational goals.
What we need
* Senior Reward Management experience in a multi-site and high volume employee-based organisation.
* Previous experience leading a reward team is crucial, and we’re looking for someone eager to take that next big step in their career.
* A track record of designing and implementing reward initiatives at scale.
* Strong business partnering skills with senior stakeholders.
* A thorough understanding of the reward package and how to drive business performance.
