We’re searching for a Learning & Development Manager to join our Head Office team in Kings Hill, Kent on a 12 month fixed term contract.

You’ll design the strategy, create impactful learning programs, and deliver training that directly empowers our teams to grow and succeed.

Responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive European L&D strategy that aligns with our business goals.
* Design and deliver engaging induction and onboarding programs that make new hires feel welcome and valued.
* Develop a robust performance management and development framework to help our employees reach their full potential.
* Identify and develop high-potential talent through targeted leadership programs.
* Oversee the LMS, creating and curating high-quality learning content.
* Provide engaging training experiences in various formats (classroom, online, blended).
* Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive L&D initiatives.
* Analyse L&D metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements
Essential
* Proven L&D experience with a strong track record of delivering results
* Expertise in designing and delivering training programs for both IT and non-IT roles
* Experience in a multinational organisation
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Experience with LMS implementation and management
* Strong project management and organisational abilities
Desirable
* Coaching and mentoring qualifications
* Knowledge of adult learning theories
* Experience with learning analytics and ROI measurement
