The Role:
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
2. Creating innovative and seasonal menus showcasing the best of local ingredients.
3. Managing kitchen operations, including stock control, budgeting, and food safety compliance.
4. Maintaining high standards of presentation, consistency, and quality.
5. Training and mentoring junior chefs to support their development.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant or hotel.
2. A passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and cost control.
