The Role
As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to deliver exceptional dishes, ensuring high standards of food preparation, quality, and presentation. You’ll help lead the kitchen team, contribute to menu development, and bring creativity to the table.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a professional kitchen, ideally at Sous or Junior Sous Chef level.
Passion for seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
A love for great food and hospitality.
