The Role: A maternity cover vacancy has arisen for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts, attract top talent, and shape hiring strategies. Working closely with leadership, you’ll build strong pipelines, enhance employer branding, and create a seamless candidate journey. The role will be hybrid and they have bright modern central London offices. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement recruitment strategies that align with business needs. Oversee the full hiring cycle, ensuring an engaging candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfil talent requirements. Source and engage high-quality candidates through innovative channels. Provide insights on market trends and workforce planning. Promote an inclusive hiring process and employer branding initiatives. Monitor recruitment data to refine and optimise strategies. What You Bring: Proven experience in senior recruitment, ideally in PR, healthcare, or communications. Expertise in talent sourcing, engagement, and employer branding. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus).
