A successful Sous Chef will work alongside an incredibly motivated team responsible for the running of each assigned section. The successful Sous Chef will have previous Gastro Pub experience. You will monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins whilst ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and health and safety at all times.
