What’s the job:

You will need to demonstrate:
* A track record in end-to-end Talent Acquisition
* Experience of high-volume, short-turnaround campaigns
* Direct search experience using tools including LinkedIn Recruiter
* Experience using and configuring/refining ATS’s
* Highly creative writing skills for ad copy
* A willingness to suggest and try new approaches
* An unshakeable belief in teamworking and knowledge sharing
* Expertise in one of: Employer Brand, Early Careers, Talent Pooling, Recruitment Marketing, Social media for Recruitment
And personally – you will be adaptable, up for change, highly customer focused, innovative and a little disruptive (positively).
You'll be based 'in region and prepared to travel up to three days a week to your local academies (expensed).
