Join our client’s team as a Telesales Executive where you’ll drive sales in agricultural feed solutions and products through proactive, phone-based sales. You’ll work closely with account managers to uncover cross-selling opportunities and build strong client relationships, providing tailored advice to farmers across the region. This hybrid role offers a dynamic mix of in-office and remote work, competitive salary with commission, and great growth potential. Role: Speak with clients old and new from an assigned list of contacts Drive sales of palletized products and the full range of feed solutions through telephone-based sales. Collaborate closely with field-based account managers to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop business within assigned territories. Generate and follow up on leads for various product categories, including straights, blends, seeds, additives, and calf milk replacer. Advise farmers on product selection, ensuring optimal solutions for their livestock operations. Execute sales campaigns in coordination with Product Managers to maximize sales growth. Accurately log all customer interactions and activities in the CRM system (C4C). Hybrid role 3 days in the office per week Skills/Experience: Interest in or Experience in sales Agricultural industry knowledge or experience (desirable) Highly motivated and results-driven with strong sales and closing skills. Excellent communication abilities and customer focus. Proficient in CRM systems; C4C experience is essential. "Go to market" attitude with a proactive approach to business development. Higher education level preferred (Degree, BTEC, etc.). Location/Radius: Leicestershire [close to Loughborough] (Minimum 3 days per week in the office).
