Managing Interview process from start to finish. Vetting process. Liaising with new starters, regarding vetting process. Offer letter, contracts. Salary negotiation. Conducting teams and face to face interviews and meetings. Extensive reference checks for vetting process. Managing onboarding process. Managing staff issues. Managing staff data and adhering to GDPR. Other duties. Travel to various sites.
