Job Title: Sales Executive
The Sales Executive will run the sales departments of the company to offer services to clients for profit. The primary duties include approaching prospective customers, winning new clients, maintaining good relationships with businesses, and setting sales goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies.
2. Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers.
3. Gathering market and customer information to figure out customer needs.
4. Responding to customer queries and resolving objections to encourage purchases.
5. Advising product developers on improvements for forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
6. Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure.
7. Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.

1. Excellent verbal and communication skills; ability to speak foreign languages is a plus.
2. Good listening skills and attention to detail.
3. High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection well.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to flourish in a competitive industry.

Experience Requirements
At least three years of experience in sales and management, public relations, retail marketing, and other related positions in the commercial industry is required. Candidates with direct customer interaction and experience in sales departments are preferred. Experience in public speaking, negotiation, CRM systems, or social media marketing can also be beneficial.
Education and Training Requirements
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or equivalent qualifications in Business Management is required.
