Job Description On-wing & Customer Training Manager Full-time Derby What you will be doing This role will be leading On-Wing business activity along with being the identified leader of the only CAA Part 147 training organisation in Civil Aerospace Responsibilities In this role, you will: Be responsible for the LDC facility ensuring safe operation Be the identified leader of the only CAA Part 147 training organisation in Civil Aerospace. Lead the Customer Training team ensuring high quality customer training is delivered either within the UK at the Customer Training Centre in Derby or in country location dependant on customer preference Manage Capital Expenditure and Asset management and deliver the cost reduction plan for On-Wing activity Create, evaluate and develop new business opportunities with focus on profitability and workforce productivity. Develop new service offerings for enhanced training courses bespoke to operator. Support new entry into service Airlines, ensuring readiness is in place prior to the start of operations Perform overall management of the SORB process to include creation, negotiations, performance monitoring, and feedback to the business on SORB accuracy. Representing On-Wing in all forecasting and budgeting in coordination with the finance teams. Manage Operational costs to remain within budgets. Why Rolls-Royce?
