As the Customer Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting schools to get the best results by providing specialised training and support.
Responsibilities:
1. Training teachers and senior leaders to ensure a strong understanding of the programme's pedagogy and reporting functionality.
2. Creating reports for senior leaders that demonstrate the impact the software is having on students.
3. Proactively looking for opportunities to offer other solutions the company provides.
4. Developing a strong understanding of the company's products, industry competition, and our position in the marketplace.
5. Collaborating with the sales, renewals, and marketing teams to meet company targets.

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive with a passion for and experience in education?

1. 1 year of experience in a similar role.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Great IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other statistical analysis software.

6. Experience working in the education or a relevant business sector.
