Job: Senior Sales Executive
Salary: £24,405 (OTE £31,405)
Bonus: Fantastic Annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Executive with WBAC you will:
1. Model high performance buying cars whilst supporting the regional manager in driving performance.
2. Be the main point of contact for our customers.
3. Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
4. Competently and professionally lead the customer through the purchase journey, completing appraisals on cars, handling and processing of important documents and processing customer payments.
5. Always deliver exceptional customer service.
6. Assist the Regional Manager to ensure the smooth running of the region and compliance with the company’s procedures.
7. Perform Branch Standard checks when visiting locations.
8. Identify further support and coaching needs of colleagues and provide constructive feedback and development points when required.
9. Report any potential threat to the business to your Divisional Manager.
10. Ensure all diaries/rotas are set up as per company instructions.
11. Ensure all purchases are completed as per company standards.
12. Provide temporary cover within other regions in the Division when required.
13. Complete all necessary tasks as set out by HR.
14. Assist in the completion of purchases when required.
Requirements:
1. A current full UK manual driving license.
2. Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
3. Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
5. Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
6. Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
7. Excellent administration and IT skills.
