A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Oakham & Stamford for a Sous Chef to work in their award winning country dining pub and restaurant.
Salary & Benefits
• Salary to £33k + tips worth £4k
• 48 hours - 4 day working week - 3 days off
• 5 weeks holiday - Christmas Day & NYE off
• 4 nights off per week Sun-Tues + 1 more day
• Work in brand new modern kitchen
The Role
• Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
• Brand New refurbished kitchen
• Input into menu ideas for the bar and restaurant - part of management team
• Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels
The Person
• You will already be a Sous Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
• Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
• Steady Career History
