Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef for Butter Hospitality located at The Bull Inn pub in Much Hadham. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, managing food preparation, and ensuring high-quality dining experiences for guests.
The pub is about to have a complete refurb, and we are looking for a chef who is passionate about delivering the very best of British food using fresh local ingredients cooked from scratch to deliver a memorable dining experience for our customers.

* Menu Planning, Food Preparation, and Kitchen Management skills
* Leadership and Team Management skills
* Culinary Creativity and Innovation
* Food Safety and Hygiene Standards knowledge
* Excellent Time Management and Organizational skills
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Experience in Fine Dining or Hospitality industry
* Culinary Degree or Certification is a plus
