Key responsibilities
1. Managing a busy kitchen for a key client, including breakfast, lunch and hospitality services
• Full responsibility for menu costings, achieving budgeted GP, revenue generation and cost management
• Ensuring all food safety and H&S compliance is met consistently to ensure a safe working environment at all times
• Managing and developing a kitchen team to provide an exceptional level of quality and consistency
