Are you an experienced complaints handler who has worked at a regulated firm? We are hiring a Complaints Advisor to join a Top 50 UK Law Firm! This is a hybrid role which will be based in their Bristol office.
In this role you will be exposed to a broad range of compliance matters including Data Protection, SRA and FCA regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills.
Some of the duties include:
* Liaising with fee earners to investigate complaints
* Advise on complaints handling to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory obligations
* Review and update policies and procedures
* Provide support to colleagues dealing with Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Report on third-party complaints and carry out cause analysis
