We are working on behalf of a well-established client in the food sector to recruit a driven and ambitious National Account Executive. This is a permanent full-time opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience in a sales role within the food industry or for individuals with a background in sales and account management looking to take the next step in their career. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience. The successful candidate will support the retail sales team and lead relationships within the convenience sector. We are seeking an ambitious and proactive individual with:

Key Responsibilities:
* Analysing sales data to identify opportunities and highlight gaps.
* Using retailer data systems to monitor and measure performance.
* Unlocking new business opportunities.
* Developing strategies and presenting opportunities to drive business growth.
* Attending major retailer meetings as required.
* Managing convenience accounts with guidance and support.
* Building strong, long-term relationships with buying teams in the convenience sector.
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities for the Whitby brand in the convenience sector.
* Acting as an internal ambassador for the convenience sector.
