Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar fresh food pub or restaurant. Background in rosette-level kitchens with a strong focus on quality. Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, manage, and develop a team. Strong understanding of GP control, stock management, and kitchen operations.
