Position: Sales Executive We are currently recruiting for Sales Executives to join the CK International Team. Job Summary We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Consumables Sales person to oversee the sales and administration of baler consumables, and ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers as well as administrative duties including invoicing, quotes, and reports. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service: Sell baler consumables to our extensive list of existing customers. Prospect and sell to new customers. Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Prepare and issue quotes, invoices, and order confirmations. Maintain and update the CRM system with customer and order details. Generate and analyse consumable sales as required. Other duties Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of consumables. Coordinate with transport companies to arrange deliveries and track shipments. Collaborate with the production team to manage and maintain optimal stock levels of consumables Conduct regular stock checks and assist in forecasting. Identify and address stock discrepancies promptly. Key Skills Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a B2B environment. Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
