About the Role
The Learning Experience Designer will:
Develop engaging and interactive eLearning programs tailored for diverse international audiences.
Utilize tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and AI-powered voice generation to create compelling content.
Lead the instructional design process, transforming design briefs into innovative learning experiences.
Stay informed on emerging eLearning trends to maintain cutting-edge solutions.
Collaborate with project managers and team members to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Essential Skills
Proficient in instructional design principles and digital learning best practices with at least 1 years experience
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 compliance)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
Exceptional time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects
Expertise in eLearning authoring tools
Experience with AI voice generation tools and video editing software
Ability to transform design briefs into engaging eLearning content
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant content
Proven ability to collaborate within a project-managed team and meet deadlines
Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and within a team
Key Responsibilities
Design accessible, device-compatible eLearning modules
Incorporate multimedia elements using video editing and AI voice tools
Support clients in developing, updating, and enhancing training programs
Manage course setup and content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Balance independent project management with collaborative teamwork

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
