Job Duties:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and interactive drama lessons to students
2. Develop and implement curriculum that meets educational standards
3. Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
4. Organise and supervise drama productions, performances, and events
5. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience
6. Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
8. Degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or related field
9. Proven experience in teaching drama to students of various ages
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

11. Strong understanding of drama techniques and practises

16. Experience in directing or producing drama productions
17. Experience working in a secondary school setting
Working Conditions:
The role involves working in a school environment with regular hours, term-time schedule, and occasional evening or weekend commitments for events and performances.
