The Role
Are you an experienced sales professional with a talent for building strong relationships, driving results, and closing deals? We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our vibrant and growing team.

In this role, you will focus on selling cutting-edge broadband solutions to businesses across the UK. You’ll manage outbound calls, qualify leads, convert opportunities, and build lasting relationships. Full training is provided, ensuring you’ll have all the tools you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Make high-volume outbound calls daily to identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
2. Proactively upsell and cross-sell tailored broadband solutions to meet client needs.
Customer Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and regular follow-ups.
2. Address customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Achieving Targets
1. Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
2. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and support.
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven Sales Experience: At least 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in broadband or telecoms.
2. Strong Communicator: Confident, articulate, and excellent at negotiation.
3. Target-Driven: Motivated to exceed sales goals and thrive in a competitive environment.
4. Adaptable: Familiarity with diallers and outbound calling environments is a plus.
5. Team Player: Eager to contribute to a supportive and vibrant team culture.
6. Location Flexibility: Ability to commute to our Whiteley office and commit to office-based working.
