Vamonos Recruitment is seeking an HR Generalist for an adventure European Tour Operator who will support the Head of HR.
This could be your role if you have a background in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
1. Employee relations: handling discipline, resolving conflicts, and promoting effective communication across all organisational levels.
2. Performance management.
3. HR Compliance.
4. Training & development: support and coordination.
5. Compensation & benefits: Administration of employee benefits, payroll processing, and compensation plans to ensure competitive and equitable offerings.
6. HR data management.
7. 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
8. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour legislation.
9. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
10. Understanding of recruitment and the employee life cycle.
11. Experience with payroll systems will be advantageous.
12. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
