This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful and growing team in a business that is roughly doubling in size each year.
We are looking to appoint a full-time B2B New Business Sales / Account Management, (office-based) to further expand our sales team and sell our rapidly expanding range of training solutions.
You will be office based in our newly built and very modern 20,000 sqft Training Centre in Dinnington, South Yorkshire.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing the business by providing great quality and value-for-money solutions to your customers
2. Business development and Account Management, predominantly over the phone and via Teams / Zoom virtual meetings
3. 'Warm' calling – new business and existing customers
4. New lead generation – building your own patch
5. Client development & key account management
6. Providing Information, advice, and guidance to clients to help them find the right solution
You Will:
7. Be an experienced sales professional in a B2B environment with a proven record of exceeding sales targets and being a valuable member of a dynamic sales team
8. Be a proven communicator, with the ability to engage and nurture relationships across a wide range of sectors and customer demographics
9. Have strong knowledge of honest and sincere sales practice and process, and experience in a similar sales role

Our training courses are designed to meet the needs of candidates at all levels of technical competence and experience, including business owners, directors, landlords, facilities managers, technicians, duty holders and those appointed as responsible or authorised persons.

Basic Salary up to £30,000 per annum
