Supporting ongoing professional development by assessing training needs and providing relevant training opportunities. Collaborating with senior management to ensure training goals align with the overall objectives of the nursing home group. Monitoring and evaluating the success of training programs, adjusting and refining them to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the team. Mentoring and coaching nursing staff, helping them develop new skills and reach their full potential.
