Reporting to the Reward Director, you'll take the lead on key Reward programs and activities for our employees internationally or in country including, but not limited to, salary review cycles, benefit management, and incentive plans. You will be seen as a subject matter expert on all things Reward. Not only will you be expected to support colleagues across the business, resolving queries and solving problems, you will play a pro-active role in developing our Reward proposition and continuing to build the profile of the Reward team. What will you be doing day-to-day? Support the development and implementation of the reward strategy and associated policies to manage reward and benefits in an equitable and consistent manner globally and in line with Company's objectives. Own and project manage key reward initiatives, drawing on resources as appropriate. Specifically the salary and bonus reviews. Gamma is an acquisitive company; where appropriate, there will be a requirement to support with and possibly lead with the integration and alignment of compensation and benefits across differing entities. Provide expert advice and guidance on all elements of reward including: cash compensation, benefits, long and short-term incentive/ bonus arrangements and general reward policy. Responsible for reviewing and evaluating the success and management of employee benefits including life assurance, EAP/ employee assistance, retirement and savings, and other benefits plans. Consider how we can use data to define success – define critical KPIs and outline how we meet them. Responsible for share plan delivery including managing annual grant and vest cycles, and employee communication. Create and deliver reward-related employee communications for existing and new reward programmes, targeted at all levels in the business. Own Reward data: you'll provide high quality data analysis and be able to translate it into a story, making recommendations on next steps. You'll create cost models and undertake reward reporting, working closely with our data experts in the People Ops team. Support on crafting compensation packages for senior hires, using your knowledge of executive remuneration. Work closely with the following teams to understand challenges and propose possible improvements to the reward proposition People Business Partners: Communications: Talent: Talent Acquisition: Deliver benchmarking for all roles across UK and Europe. Ensure diversity & inclusion is at the heart of everything you do. What you’ll need: 3 years of relevant reward/ compensation and benefit experience, or a relevant equivalent is expected. This is ideally gained in a pan-geographic role. A degree or equivalent. Advanced Excel proficiency including spreadsheet modelling experience and report preparation. Experienced in MS Office PowerPoint and Word. Ideally some experience in SharePoint editing. A CIPD reward qualification/ Certified Compensation Professional or finance/business qualification is desirable though not essential. In addition to proficient English language skills, language skills in another language - German, Polish, or Spanish, is desirable though not essential. What do we offer you?
