We’re looking for a KitchenManager to join the Butlin's Team based inBognor Regis.

A Butlin’s resort is thehome of getting stuck in and no trip to the seaside would becomplete without great food and we offer this to every guest, everytime in our restaurants.
Working in one of ourguest's favourite places to dine, being a Kitchen Manager you willbe leading a team of up to 15 chefs and kitchen porters, takingpart in all aspects of team from recruitment, training, developmentand retention for the team. You will be accountable for stocktakes,rosters, timesheets, health & safety compliance and food safetycompliance for the kitchen you lead and form a close workingrelationship with the Venue Manager and front of house team toprovide an all-round service.
You willsupport candidates on our in-house Chef Academy Development programand attend workshops and training where required. The role is partof the Buffets department and there may be times that you supportother kitchen teams and take part in our event work should aconference take place onresort.

We are looking for individualswith experience in a similar level role within a volume restaurantenvironment. We would also love to hear from you if you're lookingto step up to your next role in the kitchen.
Youwill need to be hard working and determined, a reliable person wholikes to get things done and who will look for better ways for theteam to consistently deliver our brandstandards.
We are looking for candidates who areenergetic and enthusiastic, high spirited and fun loving and whowill understand their role and the value they can add to the guestexperience by unleashing the potential of theteam.
You should have also passed your Level 3Food Safety qualification and be confident in leading a team tocontinually deliver high standards in a fast paced and busy kitchenenvironment.
As with any chef role at thislevel, you will also be responsible for managing margins andcontrolling costs and all things health, safety and hygienerelated.

Typical working hours: working five daysover seven, covering 40 hours per week and are part of a bonusscheme.
