What We Expect
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a similar standard
* Help oversee all kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards
* Develop and design new menu items
* Manage food inventory and control food costs
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
* Supervise and train kitchen staff
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen spaces
* Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality
* Ideally skilled with butchery (this can be taught)
* Owners manage lots of the paperwork which allows further kitchen focus
* Ever changing seasonal menus
