Duties and Responsibilities of the Temporary Customer Servicer Advisor:
* First point of contact for customers.
* Providing excellent customer service and exemplary product knowledge.
* Dealing with a wide variety of customers with varying needs, from investigating a delivery query with a courier through to assisting with a technical query about a product.
* Working closely with and supporting your team.
Requirements of the Temporary Customer Service Advisor:
* Experience working in a customer service environment.
* Excellent relationship building skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
* Positive, adaptable and deeply motivated when it comes to customer service.
* Experience working on a CRM system is preferred.
