About the role We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Implementation Testing Lead with Oracle Fusion implementation experience and a strong finance background (ideally a qualified accountant) to join an award-winning project team within a UK Leading organisation. The successful Oracle Implementation Testing Lead will lead, coordinate, and execute all testing activities for the Oracle Fusion implementation, working closely with the Finance and IT teams. Key requirements Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for Oracle Fusion modules Create detailed test cases, scripts, and scenarios for all testing phases Lead and coordinate system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with business SMEs. Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and technical teams to ensure testing alignment with business objectives Participate in the execution of test cases and support UAT activities Track and report on testing progress, issues, and defects to ensure timely resolution Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Testing Lead in Oracle Fusion implementations Strong finance background, preferably a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) Experience in leading testing activities in ERP implementations Familiarity with finance modules and processes within Oracle Fusion Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work on-site in London, 2-3 days per week If you are an experienced Oracle Implementation Testing Lead and feel you have the desired skills and experience which would enable you to hit the ground running, please apply to find out more information about this exciting opportunity.
