Faststream is recruiting for an Executive Sous Chef to join an award-winning and market-leading luxury cruise line. The client offers an opportunity for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to bring their expertise to progress and work for a highly successful cruise line that is seen as one of the leaders in the cruise industry for luxury travel.
The role offers:
* Salary between $4750 - $5750 per month on board
* 17:8 weeks rotation
* Excellent benefits including family travel and private medical amongst others
The desired candidate will have the following:
* Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Sous/Exec Sous Chef either on a Cruise Ship or a 4/5 star Hotel/Restaurant.
* Extensive experience in international cuisines; French is highly desirable.
* Proven experience managing galleys in a large establishment.
