Schedule:
* Working potentially every Friday to Monday.
Duties:
* Food production and kitchen operations
* Manage kitchen and front of house staff and provide guidance as needed
* Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes
* Develop and implement menus to meet customer preferences
* Monitor and control kitchen costs and inventory
