Seeking Sous Chef for our rooftop bar & restaurant serving creative modern cuisine at London Southend Airport.
As Sous Chef you will work closely with a talented Head Chef and join our small but passionate brigade.

As Sous Chef you will work with our established restaurant & banqueting team to deliver excellent service and kitchen operation to our guests daily.
We are looking for a calm, well-organised and talented chef with at least 4 years experience in a Rosette or fine dining kitchen.
A car driver is preferable due to the location.
We believe personality is key, so you will have bags of personality and a real flair for hospitality.
