Role & Responsibilities:
* Maintain the sales system from quotation stage to Sales order receipt, ensuring correctly detailed information is entered.
* Using your engineering expertise to understand client requirements and prepare detailed quotes.
* Responding to customer queries for sales via telephone and email, ensuring all customer requirements are confirmed and logged.
* Leveraging your sales background to confidently engage with clients and build strong relationships.
* Attending face-to-face meetings to discuss solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Knowledge & Experience:
* Confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail when dealing with clients.
* Proven experience in a sales-focused role with putting your customer first and at the core of your business to provide a positive experience and build long-term relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
