As Head of Customer Services, you will lead a strategic transformation, embedding a customer experience mindset across the UK region, spanning both traditional and new channels. You’ll deliver seamless, innovative, and exceptional experiences across B2B and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels, while upholding our values and setting industry-leading standards at every step.
This role is perfect for someone with a wealth of experience and growth in a customer-focused environment, someone who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. It will be instrumental in shaping the future of our customer and consumer experience, driving innovation, and setting new standards of excellence within the business.

Minimum Requirements
* Demonstrated success in defining and delivering customer service excellence within change-driven environments.
* Proven expertise in leading, motivating, and inspiring high-performing teams and individual associates to achieve exceptional results.
* Firm conviction that each customer interaction is pivotal to business success.
* Comfortable and confident influencing across the company, using both strategic and collaborative approaches effectively.
* Extensive experience in establishing and achieving high customer service standards.
* Innovative, with a track record of consistently delivering exceptional results.
* Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
