Part of an award-winning and revered hotel group where each hotel has its own identity, they are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join their kitchen brigade. You will be creating a selection of unforgettable seasonal dishes using produce grown in the hotel’s truly spectacular kitchen garden, working under an outstanding Head Chef who will really help elevate your skill set. Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.
