Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1st and 2nd line IT technical support
2. Ensures all tickets are logged, prioritised and resolved within SLA.
3. Handle all queries professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high degree of customer service
4. Ensure IT processes are followed at all times
5. Provide hardware and application support
6. Ensure tickets are escalated when required to the relevant person / team.
7. Create and maintain process and procedure documents
8. Maintain user security on all systems
9. Assist with Infrastructure tasks
10. Assist with IT projects
11. Manage the local site IT asset inventory
12. Attend site visits at company premises when required
Required Skills/Experience:
13. 2nd line IT support experience
14. Reliable, enthusiastic and be able to demonstrate this in your day to day activities
15. Focused and able to work in a methodical way in a busy office environment
16. Self-motivated to achieve targets as well as being able to work alongside others as part of a team
17. Experience with all Microsoft desktop operating systems and office suite
18. Experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
19. TCP/IP networking skills experience (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
20. Knowledge of Active Directory (AD)/Azure AD
21. Good understanding of PC hardware and software set-up and configuration
22. Excellent telephone manner
23. Excellent written communications
