Job Summary:
Drive new business by proactively reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities for the Sales Executive / Sales Advisor:
1. Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media
2. Qualify leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline
3. Present products/services and negotiate terms to close deals
4. Record and manage activities in CRM software
5. Meet or exceed sales targets and collaborate with the sales/marketing teams
Key Requirements for the Sales Executive / Sales Advisor:
1. Proven outbound sales or business development experience
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
4. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Preferred Qualifications for the Sales Executive / Sales Advisor:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. Industry-specific sales experience and knowledge of lead generation tools
