Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or senior sales roles, ideally in a global environment.
* Fluent in French and English
* Previous work experience across African markets is essential.
* Proven success in full-cycle B2B sales, including prospecting, deal closing, and relationship management.
* Deep understanding of the FinTech and cryptocurrency industry, with a passion for innovation.
* Demonstrated ability to work with executives and make strategic sales decisions.
* Strong track record in selling API solutions and managing distribution channels.
* Self-starter with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
* Capable of preparing high-quality reports and insights for executive stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive market growth and increase our client's footprint across Africa.
* Analyze industry trends and identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
* Lead full-cycle B2B sales, including prospecting, pitch development, closing deals, and managing post-sales relationships.
* Engage and influence C-level executives to establish strategic, long-term relationships.
* Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities in financial institutions and affinity markets.
* Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline; manage partner onboarding and success.
* Prepare and present accurate reports and performance updates to senior leadership.
* Negotiate business terms with technology and channel partners.
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product offerings to meet client needs.
