Main purpose of job: Sourcing and developing new business and growing existing accounts for the installation, sales, service, hire and maintenance of two-way radio equipment and associated products
Main tasks of job:
1. Building relationships over the phone with prospect and active clients
2. Developing an understanding of clients immediate and long-term needs
3. Proposing tailored, cost effective solutions that deliver the right results
4. To provide customer support over the telephone
5. Maintain and develop ongoing customer relationships
6. Active customer account management
7. Up sell to clients to include SLA’s, equipment upgrades, annual maintenance visits
8. Research and source new leads
9. Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
10. Attend networking events as required
11. Encourage referrals
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
